If you have a fiber optic cable which diameter range between 4mm and 12mm and you want to blow in a duct, the most easy way to do that is by using MINISKY which have one pallet (belt) for 4mm to 12mm fiber optic cable and operated by one motor for blowing cables and tubes.


This machine is controlled by single technician and it produces low noise levels. Our MINISKY can blow cables in tow directions forward and backward. The upward and downward movement of cable pusher belts is controlled by pneumatic piston and pressure regulating by regulator. This machine is so easy to handle, the cable pusher belt can be easily changed also the cable aligning parts can be changed easily.

MINISKY is very solid and has a premium quality and there are many factors behind that like the stainless steel protection guard also the stainless steel machine box, in addition to that, it comes with FESTO marked air lubrication system and MINDMAN marked valve, and ELESA marked mechanical indicator.


The cable blowing process with the MINISKY is safe due to the fact that it stops automatically before the cable breaks moreover it has a mechanical cable meter to measure the distance which the cable passed also it has a valve to get the pressurized air out.

MicroSKY is a machine used to blow fiber optic cables into HDPE pipes. MicroSKY cable blowing machine performs blowing of fiber cables between 1mm and 6mm . You can blow your fiber optic cables up to 100 meters per minute into microduct pipes. It works with an electric motor. Generates engine power with 220V standart EU electricity.

Blowing fiber cable diameters

  • DrillSKY blows fiber cables from 1mm to 6mm. DrillSKY gets power with the drilling machine and gives it to the wheels. Machines can blow up to 1500 meters into the HDPE pipes. If the thicker your cable diameter, your blowing distance shall be smaller . We should also note that the friction inside the HDPE pipe is very important. You should give more for better blowing.
  • MicroSKY blows cables from 1 up to 6mm. Working with air compressor electric motor. MicroSKY accommodates with all the features. It is recommended for fiber cables that contain higher than 1mm and higher diameters.
  • DynoSKY blows cables from 3mm up to 7mm. Working with air compressor air motor. MicroSKY accommodates with all the features. It is recommended for fiber cables that contain higher than 3mm and higher diameters.
  • MiniSKY fiber optic cables from 2,5mm up to 16mm blow. It has one air motor. Power coming from the mechanical gear system, connect the upper and lower belt system moves simultaneously. This results in higher power for bigger diameters. As with all machines, high pressure is required for MINISKY. Fiber cable is blown up to 4000 meters. The recommended minimum pressure is15 bar 1mt^3/min air supply.
  • SKYJET fiber optic cables from 6mm to 24mm are blown. High power is obtained with 2 air motors. Two belt systems are driven by two separate air motors. The air motor operates with air from the compressor. Ideal for thin cables. Minimum 12 bar 10 cubic meters / minute air is provided. Blows up to 6000 meters of cable in one shoot.
  • HydroSKY it blows fiber cables from 6mm to 24mm. Works with 2 hydraulic motors. Hydraulic motors gets power from the hydraulic power unit (With Honda Gx270). With maximum power, you can easily blow through the biggest fiber optic cables. HydroSKY has own hydraulic power pack. Also you can buy it seperatly (only power unit or blowing machine unit). It can blow up to 6000 meters at one shoot. Recommended minimum pressure 12 bar 10 cubic meters / minute.

In the age of speed the high speed data connection is a must and proceeding from that concept we can understand the importance of the time for the modern man , as a result of that you must use SKYJET machine in the process of networking for a secure ,fast and reliable fiber optic cable blowing process.
Our standard SKYJET production is for 40 mm duct diameter . we can make regulating parts for different diameters. These parts are able to be used for smaller diameters , in the case of larger diameter exit box duct diameter must be lathed  in order to be suitable to your duct diameter. Each different diameter will require different regulating parts. During your order please provide us with your duct diameter ( the price does not include the regulating parts cost ). There are tow types of SKYJET machines for different diameters , ranges are mentioned below. With your order you have to provide us with information about your cable diameter and diameter range in order to enable us from sending you spare parts for your different diameters ( palettes etc. ) ( the machine price does not include these extra spare parts price )

Technical Details
  • In order to reduce friction between the duct and the cable , you have to transfer oil ( Lubricom-f ) into preinstalled duct with this shock lubrication system .
  • Special designed  exit box supplies productive guiding for pressure air into pre-installed duct.
  • You allow the air to enter the machine or not by opening or closing the valve
  • The special design of the quick air connection fixed the problems on the ex air mount ( hook and but joint )
  • Pneumatic press system does not allow the cable to skid or damage
  • Installing the cable in the muddy fields is no longer a problem due to the special designed palettes. And you will not face any retraction in the blowing power .
  • The festo lubrication system extracts the moisture out of the pressured air that comes from the compressor and supplies continuous lubrication for the air motor.
  • With the control valve you will be able to select the speed and the direction of the cable installing process .
  • The installing power will never decrease with tow air motors.

Hydraulic Fiber Optic Cable Blowing Machines

HYDRAULIC FIBER OPTIC CABLE BLOWING MACHINES



HYDROSKY is created to blow cable and tubes in ducts. You have to replace palette group and some other parts to convert machine from tube blowing to cable blowing or vice versa. HYDROSKY works with the hydraulic power unit and the reason for that is motors on HYDROSKY are operated with compressed hydraulic oil. You can use ALLAME’s hydraulic power unit with HYDROSKY. this machine is powerful thanks to the Hydraulic motors  in addition to that FOK design in HYDROSKY make benefit from  all the sent air in duct so that cable blowing with HYDROSKY is much comfortable  than blowing with SKYJET(in SKYJET machine part of the air is used by the air motors). By the power of HYDROSKY, you are able to blow larger cables diameters and lots of tubes together. There are some disadvantages of HYDROSKY from the side of ALLAME design. This machine works with hydraulic power unit (the compressor alone is sufficient in SKYJET machine), and it is heavier than SKYKJET and larger than SKYJET.
In standard, HYDROSKY machine duct diameter is 50 mm. We are producing tools for many duct diameters, which is ordered by customers.
